Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll get a confirmation email right after checkout.
Delivery times
Most items ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 5–10 business days(some ship a little faster, in about 4–8 business days). The estimate for each product is shown on its page and at checkout. If an item is temporarily out of US stock, it may ship from an overseas warehouse and take longer (around 2–3 weeks) — if that happens, reach out and we'll keep you posted.

Shipping cost
Flat-rate shipping is $4.99, and shipping is free on orders over $50. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you can request your tracking number at any time by emailing contact@oraryo.comwith your order number — we'll send it right over.
Delays & lost packages
Carrier delays can happen, especially during busy periods. If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at contact@oraryo.com— we'll track it down and make it right (reshipment or refund).
