Oraryo may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed at the time you place your order. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply to orders shipped outside the United States.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted, and we email you a confirmation with the order details. We may refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing error, or product unavailability; if we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment is processed online through a secure third-party payment provider (Stripe). Oraryo never stores your card details.
6. Shipping
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout. They are estimates in business days and begin once payment is confirmed. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns & Refunds
Refunds and free replacements are offered only for items that arrive defective or damaged (with photo proof, reviewed before any decision), packages lost in transit, or a wrong item shipped due to our error. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or for ordering the wrong product, and, for hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless defective. 8. Product use & disclaimer
Our products are for external use only and should be used as directed.Oraryo is not liable for misuse or for individual reactions. Our statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a known allergy or a skin condition, patch-test first and consult a healthcare professional if in doubt.
9. Intellectual property
All content on oraryo.com (text, images, logos, and branding) is owned by Oraryo or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oraryo's liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
11. Governing law
